We are excited to offer new cards for this year’s holiday season!  Cards can be used at your discretion and are perfect for sending to residents, families, and business associates.

 

Please note: The order form is at the bottom of the page. For ease of ordering and production we are asking everyone to order early.  Please work with your building / department to get an accurate quantity and fill out the form below. 
Each design will be a separate order, receiving an equal amount of envelopes for each.

Ordering:
An order has three parts:  The card’s front design, inside message, and back logo. Please order for your division
(Post Acute Partners, EW, PSC, Woodmark, IPA, EW transportation, Elderwood Home Care) only.
 

Card backs will not be building specific e.g.: An order for Elderwood at Amherst or Woodmark Pharmacy of Massachusetts will have the general Elderwood and Woodmark logos respectively.
